Last time I checked PB in Megamall, which was two weeks ago, they're already out of Twisted V. I'd try check it out this weekend. Thanks!

@pitirpol
I'm always at Trinoma PB, they're also out of that book I was looking for. I'd drop by NBS SM NE this weekend as well, thanks!

Can we really still save the environment at this point? I'm skeptical. The only way to do it is to de-populate a large part of the globe because as long as there are people there will be garbage. Recycling will work, but only to a certain degree. Incidentally, I've been seeing the MMDA garbage collection system infomercial on cinema. I can't help but laugh at some of the lines they give Bayani Fernando. "Munting basura, ibulsa muna." Nice. But If I were the writer I'd give them lines like, "munting basura, isubo muna". Fernando and that Gachalian guy try their best, but they always end up looking hilarious on the big screen. Ever seen that Metro-guapo thing on cinema? Its such a classic, it almost looks and sounds like it was produced during the Martial Law era.

cjspotless, I'm not too worried about Fed's ranking at this point. Nadal has more points to defend 'til the French Open whereas Federer could make up for his dismal performance at the Pacific Life Open and Sony Ericsson Open last year. While I wasn't shocked that Fed lost to Murray in Dubai the other day -- he tends to be vulnerable in early rounds and Murray is no slouch either -- I was very surprised with his post-match commentary about Murray's game. I'm a big fan of Roger, but I thought his comments seemed out of character: blunt and almost dismissive. On the other hand, I was hoping that Roger doesn't get through to the Dubai finals so that he gets enough rest before his exhibition match with Sampras, which I'm very much looking forward to watching at the Madison Square Garden on Monday.

As for recycling and elections in the Philippines, I think voters should stop recycling politicians. We need fresh faces with fresh ideas and the will to end corruption and improve people's lives. I can dream, can't I? But I'm not talking about J-Lo even if he apparently has a monopoly of the "truth", has a high approval rating, and has "Senator" written all over his future.

yeah love, it's not too late to save the world. Do you know that here in the UAE, they are building a city which will be totally carbon dioxide and fume free? it will be like a natural sanctuary where no one's allowed to cars, or plastics or chemicals. It's set to be completed by 2010, they call it Masdar. These guys do weird and strange stuff to amaze the world.

In another part of the world, some Obama supporters thought of reusing his campaign materials by donating them to other supporters whose states lack posters and campaign materials: http://obamacycle.com.

Not happening to the Philippines, where candidates spend gazillions for campaign ads, distribute them like confetti, and plaster them around town, because they have a hard time convincing us. Now, if we only have better candidates to support, we wouldn't have to burn these crap with glee during the elections, and wouldn't contribute to global warming.

That's really refreshing to hear. I see that game shows are slowly creeping their way toward being a part of the ecosystem.

Segue :
@jessicazafra
I've been looking all over for a copy of Twisted V (the only volume to complete my Zafra books), already been to 14 bookstores. Do you know where I could get one? Thanks!
