I've seen Consider the Lobster at A Different Bookstore. I think I spotted his books recently at Fully Booked at High Street, and they turn up sometimes at Books for Less. The supposedly fun thing....? Doesn't have to be a specific store, just what city, or country. I've only known him since he died and been looking for his books in NBS and Powerbooks.
