I'm going to miss my faves – Botsky's tuna laing (served with the crab fat rice), banana heart and cheese dip with the pan de sal rounds, spicy tuyo fillets on rice with scrambled egg and tomato-cilantro salsa, lechon sinigang with watermelon, kamias shake and iced lemongrass tea! Cubao is quite far. Though I cook, recreating Ms. Fores' confident and inventive dishes is such a tall order. No "eNTeNG & Gaita" here. No more Café Bola in Greenbelt 3?
