Noel’s late-breaking addition to Reasons To Love Makati: The elevator boy who was on duty in Greenbelt 5 at 9.30pm on Sunday. “He takes pains to greet every single person who enters with the same cheerfulness. And he says goodbye to every single person who leaves the elevator. His manners are the most beautiful thing I spotted today.”
Here’s another reason: a quote from Makati representative Teddy Locsin on his political plans in 2010. “I’m informed there is a deafening clamor for me to be senator, which might explain why I can’t hear it.”
