i like books but i hate people not into books giving me books. it’s usually something i’m not really interested in reading or have already read, i like the thrill of hunting through book sales looking for something obscure with a good plot and i enjoy the excitement of getting home immediately and cracking it open anticipating a good story (doesn’t always happen, but hey!) people who gives me books usually give me trashy romance paperbacks or another grisham novel…

anyway, i would really like a new laptop (mine broke down)

It has always been my “tradition” ever since I started working 7 years ago to list what I want for Christmas. I usually post it in our ref’s door so that my friends (who I share the apartment with) can get a hint.

This year I want the following (Hehehe… Greedy!):

- The Forger’s Spell by edward Dolnick
- Lord of the Flies by William Golding
- 2010 Moleskine planner
- a box of Pilot’s pigment ink drawing pen number 02
- a bottle of linen spray
- a chocolate brown-colored comforter with matching fitted sheet and pillow cases
- a 3-cup french press from Bodum
- a couple of Moleskine classic pocket notebooks

I have been good this year. So I hope Santa or whoever is occupying the North Pole now would rgant me these wishes. Hehehe.

1. A townhouse/condo unit/a nice safe place I can rent at a VERY VERY affordable (i.e. cheap) price/free lodging in your mansion’s attic (‘Choz!)
2. MacBook Air/any good laptop
3. A Nikon D70 (Nonnegotiable)
5. First edition of “The Great Gatsby” with the sleeve in good condition/National Bookstore gift certificates/any old edition of “Rabbit, Run”, a brown paperback copy from Booksale will do
6. A big check for clothes shoping
7. A vintage gold pocketwatch

P.S. Inspite of my anonymity and the awareness of the point of this post, I found myself editing my list. Wow, nahihiya pa daw ako. But my first item was right through the stratosphere, I felt, but, yup, I am missing the point of this fun activity.
